“The service of asbestos removal from ARK Environmental was exceptional. The customer service was brilliant! Adam visited the site on numerous occasions to ensure we were satisfied as the work was progressing. Also the team removing the asbestos were extremely professional, courteous and thorough.

It was essential to the running of our business that the work was completed in the timescale given as we are a training company and needed to use the area daily for the courses we deliver. ARK indicated that the time allocated for the removal was based on a satisfactory test of the area upon completion and this could therefore overrun by 1 day. This happened but because it was explained prior to commencing, we were 100% happy with the work and its completion deadline.

As far as the costs of asbestos removal for ARK are concerned, we compared prices with a lot of other companies and ARK were one of the most competitive. What impressed me is that ARK went through the quote in detail and Adam ensured he explained each part to us.

With regards to the asbestos removal safety, ARK explained all the safety issues prior to the work commencing and also ensured we were aware of these aspects once the work had started. They made themselves available to any of the staff needing advice and ALL the team knew the regulations and health and safety issues, very impressive!

I would most definitely recommend ARK to anyone requiring any of their services. Once the asbestos removal job was completed, the area was cleared and cleaned and left as it was found. To be honest, you would not have known that there had been substantial work carried out except for the disappearance of the asbestos boards.

Overall, the team from ARK were knowledgeable and extremely friendly! They offered advice if we were unsure about any aspect of the work and came into the office each morning and evening to check we were happy with progress. Adam provided us with written statements from the HSE regarding the regulations and what we should do following the work being carried out. He also insisted we contact them if there were any issues we had regarding working in an area where there was encapsulated asbestos. So on the whole, the service we received was a credit to both ARK and the team they employ. “
